Shipping policy

Every piece is made by hand in East Atlantic Beach, New York. Please read our shipping policy carefully — processing times reflect the care that goes into each order.
PROCESSING TIME
Please allow the following before your order ships:
- Standard items: 3 to 7 business days
- Subscription boxes (The Seasonal Stitch): shipped on the 15th of each month
- Custom or personalised orders: processing time confirmed at time of order
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
SHIPPING CARRIERS & METHODS
We ship via USPS and occasionally UPS. Available options are displayed at checkout and may include:
- USPS First Class Mail (estimated 3 to 5 business days)
- USPS Priority Mail (estimated 1 to 3 business days)
- USPS Priority Mail Express (estimated 1 to 2 business days)
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays once your order has been handed to the carrier.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and the method you select. We do not mark up shipping costs.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We ship to all 50 US states including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. Orders to non-contiguous states and territories may require additional transit time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally on a limited basis. If you are outside the United States, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and shipping costs to your country.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged upon delivery. These are outside our control and are not included in our shipping charges.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you do not receive a tracking email within your processing window, please check your spam folder first.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once a package has been handed to the carrier and tracking has been generated, delivery responsibility passes to the carrier. We are not liable for packages lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbours or building management
- Waiting 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early
- Contacting your local post office with your tracking number
If the carrier confirms the package is lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist. Please note: exact replacements cannot be guaranteed for one-of-a-kind items.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the item and packaging immediately and contact us within 3 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for a resolution.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We will try to correct it before dispatch but cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.
SUBSCRIPTION SHIPMENTS
Seasonal Stitch subscribers receive one bookmark per month, shipped on the 15th. The address on file at the time of dispatch will be used. Address changes must be submitted at least 5 business days before the 15th of the month.
